I've just re-read the 'updated' report that includes my cervical measurements from the TV ultrasound.

It's only 23mm. From what I can find on the web, it should be at least 30mm. It's been suggested that I have it checked in 2/3w and again at the 19w u/s.

So now I have to check with the midwife at the birthing centre about the following:-

• Making sure I can get a referral & appt for the same day as our booking in appt
• Checking that if I do get a cerclage (the stitch thing), that I'm still able to give birth in the birthing centre

And here I was thinking the majority of my stress was over. Ugh.

Well, I won't be able to give birth at the birthing centre if a cerclage is needed, nor can I get an appt for an ultrasound for the same day.. :S

AAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!

I'm hoping the measurement was wrong...
